Belgium: 6,95€ (DPD) , 8,95€ (PostNL), 8,00€ (DHL)

Germany: 6,95€ (DPD) , 8,90€ (PostNL), 6,95€ (DHL)

Luxembourg: 8,90€ (DPD) , 12,95€ (PostNL)

Italy: 12,00€  (PostNL or DPD)

The rest of EU: 13,00€ (DPD) , 13,00€ (PostNL)

If you are outside the EU and want to order, there is a minimum order of €30 and a €19,95 shipping rate.

The exact shipping rates will be calculated automatically at the checkout.

Our warehouse is located in Rotterdam / Netherlands and all the shipments will be made from there. 

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Return Policy

You can return unused products within 30 days after the delivery of your package. 

As a policy, we don't cover the shipment costs for returned products

If you would like to return your order, please send an email to orders@blacktreenaturals.com and we will send you a shipping code.

Your refund will be made within 5 business days after the arrival of the returned package
